How effectively can I interact with the presenters?
With our event app, you can easily set up questions which the presenters are able to quickly access, in real time. Each presenter is allocated a 15-minute Q&A session, as well. In addition to this, you can also set-up meetings, exchange personal messages, and even create closed discussion groups with the speakers!
How do participants engage in networking activities?
The event app allows interaction with anyone attending through Virtual Meetups at your own convenient time. Additionally, all speakers will be present to network before and after their sessions to answer questions and interact with the exhibitors. Live Panel discussions and roundtables have been put in places to increase engagement throughout the event. The app also allows more ways to engage before, during and after the conference through live polls, custom discussion topic and 1-1 meetings which you can schedule. Will attendance at virtual conferences be greatly impacted?
