Operations Intern

You will be working directly with the Operation Manager in ensuring the safety, efficiency, productivity, and profitability of daily and event operations of the organization through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. If you are a team player with well-structured working styles and management, the job is for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Operations Managers to execute event operations plans.
  • Filtering, selecting, and sourcing for vendors and suppliers.
  • Assisting Operations Head to manage budget sheets and reporting.
  • Communicating and building relationships with vendors and venues.
  • Attending and playing a critical role in the delivery of our world-class conferences.
  • Assisting Operations Managers in chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being.
You are:
  •  Hard-working, patient, and able to cope with pressure as well as fast-paced working environment; a person with excellent time-management ability.
  • A fast learner who can adapt well and possesses organizing, analysing, and data processing skills.

Business Development Manager

You will be part of the business development team for the life sciences division, you will be dealing with the future of medicine. Finding new opportunities and prospects to grow the division. Help clients find solutions to invigorate their marketing campaigns and business expansions. Build relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones. You will travel to events held around the world.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the clients to deliver solutions that solve their business challenges and cultivating strong relationships with clients’ senior executives through both in-person meetings and meetings over the phone.
  • Identifying the target market and prospective companies and investigating their business needs in order to engage them to be part of our conferences
  • Conducting market and leading research within an assigned market to affirm the commercial viability of projects
  • Engaging CEOs, Vice Presidents and all other senior level decision-makers over the phone, written correspondence or face-to-face, to understand their business objectives and match them with the benefits of attending your conference
  • Developing a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and producing sales reports for periodic meetings
  • Traveling for on-site management
  • Being an integral part of the project team creating the most impactful business festival of the year
  • Providing impeccable customer service before and after the event

You will be working directly with the Head of marketing on the biologics portfolio.  This is a unique experience to work directly with one of the most talented individuals in our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Marketing Managers in creating and implementing various marketing campaigns, crafting social media strategies and working with media partners for various projects
  • Writing and editing marketing materials like brochures and EDMs
  • Assisting Marketing managers in creating, implementing and meeting marketing plans and timelines for various projects
  • Assisting Marketing Managers and Project Managers with project write-ups and descriptions
  • Tracking, measuring and recording performances of implemented marketing plans and strategies
  • Maintaining statistical databases
  • Editing and managing website content periodically

DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE

We are IMMEDIATELY looking for enthusiastic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / SALES PROFESSIONALS to join our Singapore team. We need dedicated professionals who have a track record of exceeding their sales targets. Top performers could earn up to 7% on commission in Singapore Dollars /US Dollars monthly revenue, plus other perks & sales incentives per month. You will be calling and inviting senior level management to our regional events (Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China, India, Japan, the Middle East, and Europe). Candidates need to have an excellent telephone manner, be confident speaking to C-level executives and be a target-driven individual.
