The Asia Pacific Vaccine Excellence Awards 2026 (AVEA)- SEA Focused aim to recognise outstanding organisations, experts, and innovations that are driving excellence across vaccine research, development, manufacturing, and distribution within Southeast Asia.

The awards spotlight leading contributors from across the region who are strengthening pandemic preparedness, advancing next-generation vaccine technologies, and improving equitable access through scientific innovation, manufacturing excellence, and strategic collaborations.

By celebrating achievements across the entire vaccine value chain — from antigen discovery and clinical development to manufacturing, fill-finish, cold chain, and commercialisation — the APAC Vaccine Excellence Awards 2026 honour pioneers and industry leaders who are accelerating the delivery of safe, effective, and accessible vaccines to populations across Southeast Asia.

The Awards Ceremony will be held in association with the Vaccine World Asia Congress 2026 (Southeast Asia Focused), bringing together key decision-makers, public health leaders, vaccine developers, manufacturers, CDMOs, academia, and solution providers across the region.

Criteria to win the awards

The criteria for a company to be eligible for
Asia Pacific Vaccine Excellence Awards 2026
are:
  • The company should be actively involved in vaccine research, development, manufacturing, or commercialisation.
  • The company should have a strong presence and operational footprint within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • The company should have demonstrated significant achievements, innovations, or contributions to the vaccine ecosystem over the past few years.
Based on the number of nominations and assessment, the top 5-7 entries under each category are shortlisted. From  the  top  5-7  entries,  the  award  winner  will  be  determined  by  100%  voting results from the Biologics community. Companies with the most number of votes will win the award in their respective category.
