DACH: where the world comes to understand what cannot be taught - how a culture of perfection becomes a measurable business advantage.

DACH leads the world in biomanufacturing excellence, achieving an extraordinary 99.2% batch success rate across 45+ facilities
The global average? 94–96%
That 5% difference translates to €20–30 million saved per facility every year
To understand the culture behind perfection.
This cannot be studied in a textbook; it is the unwritten code of DACH manufacturing excellence:
BioManufacturing DACH 2026 is where the world comes to understand what cannot be taught – how a culture of perfection becomes a business advantage.

It’s not just the automation. Everyone can buy that.
It’s not just the investment – though €5 billion is reinvested annually, the highest per capita worldwide.
It’s the culture. 50 years of embedding perfection as the baseline, not the goal. A mindset that transforms every process, every team, and every molecule.
You can buy the technology.
You can copy the processes.
But you cannot import the culture of perfection that took half a century to build.
