Non-compartmental analysis is a model-independent pharmacokinetic approach used to estimate exposure, clearance and other pharmacokinetic parameters from concentration-time data.

Non-compartmental analysis employs assumption-free pharmacokinetic methods quantitating drug exposure without predefined models.
