Raymond is currently the Vice President for Customs and Regulatory Affairs for DHL Express covering Asia Pacific excluding China. His role includes working with governments, particularly Customs and Trade agencies on various reform and modernisation programs and enhancing partnerships between DHL Express and Customs administrations from across the region.
He has over 25 years experience dealing with Customs and Trade issues covering both public and private sectors dealing with all aspects of this area. His first role involved setting up the ASEAN Free Trade Area in the ASEAN Secretariat in 1994 as well as managing customs cooperation and trade facilitation issues in ASEAN as the Secretariat’s Assistant Director for Trade Facilitation.
He subsequently worked as a customs and trade consultant in various consulting companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Prior to joining DHL, he headed indirect tax issues for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa for an international tobacco company. He is active in the EU-ASEAN Business Council Working Group on Trade Facilitation and member of World Customs Organisation (WCO) Private Sector Consultative Group (Asia Pacific).
His areas of expertise include: trade facilitation and policy making, trade negotiations, customs simplification, customs valuation, tax and logistics supply chain efficiency, free trade areas and their rules and requirements, WTO and WCO issues.
Raymond graduated with a Bachelors in Economics from Cambridge University and a Masters in Economic Development (specialising in ASEAN Trade) from Oxford University.


Fion Wong is the Regional Sector Head for Life Sciences & Healthcare in Asia Pacific at DHL Global Forwarding, where she leads sector strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives across the region. With 25 years of experience in account management, business development, and logistics leadership, she brings deep expertise in managing complex, multinational customer portfolios and driving operational excellence across diverse markets.
Her background includes extensive regional experience across Singapore, China, and broader Asia Pacific, developing strong capabilities in sector leadership, key account management, strategic customer development, and high‑performance sales execution. Recognized for her results‑driven approach, Fion is known for her ability to build trusted partnerships, mobilize cross‑functional teams, and deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes for customers.
Fion has also been acknowledged with multiple Employee of the Year regional awards for excellence in performance and customer leadership, underscoring her commitment to advancing best‑in‑class Life Sciences & Healthcare logistics across the region.


Daryl Song is the Director of Business Development for the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector in Asia Pacific, where he drives strategic growth, customer partnerships, and integrated logistics solutions across the region. Known for his strong operational and financial acumen, Daryl brings a well‑rounded blend of business development expertise, investment insight, and deep sector knowledge to advancing healthcare supply chains.
His experience spans leadership in regional business development, major account growth, commercial strategy, and shaping end‑to‑end logistics solutions for pharmaceutical, medical device, and broader healthcare customers. Daryl is also experienced in high‑impact investment evaluation and strategic planning. These are skills that enhance his ability to translate market opportunities into scalable, resilient, and patient‑centric supply chain models that truly move needles across Asia Pacific.


Matthias Meyer is the Vice President of Life Sciences & Healthcare for Asia Pacific at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation. With over 25 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, Matthias has established himself as a leader in delivering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Matthias has held various leadership positions in logistics and supply chain management, where he successfully spearheaded projects that improved service delivery and customer satisfaction. His expertise in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration has been instrumental in achieving organizational goals.
