Shubhadeep is a senior medical professional/ physician with responsibilities of Clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs spanned over 21 years of experience at various organisations including Hetero Group (Senior Vice President), Vimta Labs (Vice President), Dr Reddy’s (Associate Director), Glenmark, Organon among others. Currently he is the Head of global clinical trials, global pharmacovigilance, global regulatory affairs of biosimilars, new chemical entities and generics at Hetero Group of Pharmaceutical Companies having established the department since the last 10 years and is leading a team of 90+ medical & research professionals globally. Experienced in clinical development and safety of biological products (biosimilars) antidiabetics such as Insulin, haematological proteins such as Filgrastim, Darbepoetin alfa and monoclonal antibodies including Rituximab, Bevacizumab, Adalimumab, Trastuzumab and its Emtansine, Tocilizumab (including that for Covid19), Denosumab etc.
His Qualifications include:
MBBS (KEM hospital, Mumbai), MD (BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai), Diploma in Diabetes (DD) (Apollo), PG diploma in Infectious Diseases (PGDID) (Australia), Fellow of College of General Practice (FCGP) ,Awarded by Indian Medical Association- [IMA) ,Executive Program in Business Management (IIM, Kolkata) & Diploma in Family medicine (D.F.M) and PURSUING MBA in Hospital Management (BITS, PILANI, )
He has 20 publications including primarily original articles in leading journals and 2 book chapters.
He is an Invited speaker for multiple conferences (>100) in clinical research and scientific meetings.


Strong pharmacovigilance professional skilled in leading end to end safety operations, post marketing studied and medical information system.
Medical professional with graduation in medical rehabilitation sciences from NIOH, Kolkata and postgraduate degree in neurosciences from BYL Nair hospital, Mumbai. Studies clinical research from Manipal University and perused management education from IIM Kolkata. Nitu is having more than 20 years of working experience in health sector and pharmaceutical Industry with a 14 years of experience in global pharmacovigilance. She has worked in Novartis pharmacovigilave in past and has been working for Dr Reddy’s Biologics pharmacovigilance for 15 years and been instrumental in handling all aspects of pharmacovigilance operations. Currently she is the Vice President for Mankind Pharma.






Hem Reddy is an expert in Bioprocess with over 22 years of bio-pharmaceutical industry experience from Sanofi, Life technologies, GE Lifesciences etc. Currently Mr. Hem is Director of APAC Business Development at Pfanstiehl, the world’s leading manufacturer of low endotoxin, high purity GMP parenteral grade carbohydrate-based excipients, providing commercial and technical support to customer base in the territory.


Dr. Pawan joined Stempeutics in October 2008. Before joining Stempeutics, he was an Associate Professor, Dept of Pathology, Haematopathology & Transfusion Medicine, Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He had served the Armed Forces for 24 years and he has a vast experience in Pathology, Haematopathology, Transfusion Medicine and Stem Cells. In the Armed Forces, he was awarded Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card twice and the GOC-in-C commendation card once. He is a trained Hematologist from All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi. He also has worked in Stem Cells Institute, University of Minnesota in 2006 and trained in both Hemaotpoietic stem cells and adult bone marrow derived stem cells. He was the Dean, Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine from Oct 2008 to Mar 2011. Currently he is in charge of the clinical development program in Stempeutics. He has more than 50 publications both in International and National journal to his credit. Dr Gupta is an MD (Pathology) (AFMC, Pune), Diplomate of National Board of Examination (Pathology) and PhD (Haematology - AIIMS)


Saiful is responsible for developing and delivering technical expertise to customers, working closely with application labs, business managers, and other internal stakeholders (production, marketing, etc.), while also establishing regional collaborations with various international institutes and universities. His expertise in microbiology and fermentation continuously contributes to generating new strategies, identifying emerging needs, and addressing customers' technical challenges. Previously, he worked as a Senior Scientist in the Pharma & Food sector, with expertise in biologics production, strain improvement, and bioingredients using bacterial, yeast, and mammalian expression systems.
He represents Procelys at various scientific conferences, symposiums, and trade shows, presenting technical briefs on yeast-based product performance.
